With nearly two decades of consulting experience, he has guided organizations through complex challenges in auditing, taxation, corporate finance, ESG compliance, and restructuring. His leadership is defined by a commitment to strengthening governance, driving sustainable performance, and delivering solutions that balance financial rigor with innovation.
He is a CFA Charter holder, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (UK). Emmanuel also holds an MBA in Finance and has completed the Oxford Sustainability Reporting and ESG Data Management programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Finance at NiBs University, further deepening his academic and professional expertise in financial strategy and governance.
As an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Emmanuel contributes to advancing best practices in fraud prevention, detection, and investigation. This role complements his broader consulting work, enabling him to integrate anti-fraud measures into financial governance frameworks and strengthen organizational resilience against financial crime.
Emmanuel’s expertise extends deeply into insolvency and restructuring, where he advises distressed companies on turnaround strategies, debt restructuring, liquidation processes, and stakeholder negotiations. As a member of Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners, Ghana formerly the Ghana Association of Restructuring & Insolvency Advisors (GARIA), he collaborates with industry peers to promote effective restructuring practices that safeguard value and support business continuity.
His areas of specialization include accountancy, internal and external auditing, corporate finance, taxation, ESG consulting, insolvency, research, financial modelling, data analysis, training and development, and financial markets. He complements his financial expertise with advanced technical skills in Python, SQL, and Excel for data analytics, enabling organizations to leverage automation, uncover actionable insights, and make data-driven strategic decisions.
Emmanuel is proficient in leading accounting and ERP platforms such as SAP B1, Tally ERP9/Prime Solutions, Sage, and QuickBooks, as well as audit software including Audtech, Draftworx, and CaseWare. He continues to help organizations navigate complex financial landscapes, strengthen governance, and achieve sustainable performance.
