Antwi Boasiako Forson is an Associate Partner of the firm and has 12 years of working experience in the financial services sector specifically, universal banking, investment banking and captive vehicle financing.

Antwi is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He has a Post-Chartered Diploma in Treasury and Risk Management, an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He also has certifications in Credit Management from the National Banking College, Ghana.

Prior to joining EAK, Antwi was the Executive Director of Finance & Portfolio Management at VFD Ghana LTD and its subsidiary companies.

Antwi also worked with AFCL Ghana LTD, a captive finance subsidiary of Tata International as Managing Director. He also worked with Galaxy Group, Strategic Hedge Capital, and FBN Bank where he held various positions including Commercial Manager, Co-Head, Asset and Private Wealth, Co-Head, Global Markets, Relationship Manager and Business Advisor.

Antwi has great interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and acumen in providing advisory for new and growing businesses.

Enock Sani is the Audit Senior of the firm. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana, holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology in Accounting (First Class Division) from Kumasi Technical University and also holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy (First Class Division) from Cape Coast Technical University.

Prior to joining EAK & Associates as an Audit Senior, he was a Teaching Assistant at Cape Coast Technical University where he taught for four years in the Department of Accountancy Studies.

Enock, after joining EAK & Associates, is a part-time Teaching Assistant at Cape Coast Technical University. His area of experience is Financial Accounting, Taxation and Public-Sector Accounting.

He is an Associate of the firm and a Professional Accountant with wealth of experience in Accounting, Financial Management, Tax and Audit. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana and the Chartered Institute of Taxation – UK. He is also a Member of Certified International Tax Accountant. He is a great team player to achieve target with tight deadlines. He has many years’ experiences working with Zeera Group of Companies and A.D & Associates as an Internal Auditor and Audit Supervisor respectively

Mahmud Mamara is an associate of the firm.

He has  extensive knowledge in Banking and Finance, Accounting and Taxation. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants – Ghana and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cape Coast where he majored in Finance.

He has many years working experience with the HFC Bank where he started as a bank officer and made it through Treasury Operations as a supervisor

Enoch Asumadu Donkor is also a Senior Partner of the firm. Enoch is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy, First Class Division from Cape Coast Polytechnic. He also has a Certificate in Oil and Gas Accounting from MDPI in Ghana.  He has under his belt immense experience garnered from working at various practising firms. Enoch started off as Audit Senior at Aikins-Hawkson & Associates for one year and moved on to pick up an appointment as an Audit Manager in J. Mills Lamptey & Co., Chartered Accountants and served for three years in that position. Enoch has wide experience in special audit-Fraud Investigation and Forensic Auditing Enoch before joining the firm also worked as Finance Manager for Verdant Zeal Marketing and Communication Ghana Limited

Duke Kofi Allotey, MSc. FCCA (UK), BA (Hons), is a Partner of the firm. He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, and a Master of Science (MSc.), in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of the West of England. He had his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), in Statistics from the University of Ghana.

Duke is a qualified chartered certified accountant and a lecturer – proactive, competent and highly skilled with over 12 years of lecturing and consulting experience.

Duke is a senior tutor for Financial Management, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance courses and supervises masters’ dissertations.

He is also an executive director or co-founder of Duke Williams Co. Ltd, the only ACCA-approved tuition provider with Gold accreditation in Ghana.

He has been an ACCA tutor in major London business schools for over a decade and offers consultancy services for companies in London and Ghana.

Charlotte Chapman-Wardy, is Senior Partner of the firm. She is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, a member of the Institute of Actuaries, UK, Master of Science in Actuarial science from Cass Business School (City University) and a PhD in Statistics from the University of Ghana. Her broad and varied consulting experience has endowed her with a holistic view of industry and sector issues because of the unique distinction of having worked in all key areas of professional service delivery; that is, management consulting, assurance/audit, taxation, private-sector and public-sector assurance and consulting.

Charlotte, prior to joining the firm, has worked with BDO LLP, a firm of Chartered Accountants, in the United Kingdom as Audit Senior for over 7 years. Apart from being Quality Assurance Partner of the firm, she lectures undergraduate and postgraduate level Actuarial Statistics, Statistics and Financial Reporting at the University of Ghana, Department of Statistics.

She also lectures Financial Accounting at Duke Williams Co. Limited, the only ACCA-approved tuition provider with Gold accreditation in Ghana.

She reviews the work plans and deliverables to ensure that all requirements as stated in the terms of reference have been met.  As the quality assurance Partner, she is particularly responsible for monitoring and ensuring delivery of the highest possible standard of service to all organisations.

She is also responsible for monitoring the strategy for the project, ensuring that all matters relating to and impacting upon the deliverables are taken into account.   She approves the detailed project methodology and review the entire progress of the team, ensuring that all quality control considerations are met.

Emmanuel is an ambitious Chartered Accountant with over years’ consulting experience in auditing, taxation, IT security management and financial management both in the public and private sectors.  He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and a Master of Business Administration (Finance option) holder. He is a problem solver with a high achievement rate and an appetite for new challenges.  Prior to joining EAK & Associates as a Managing Partner, he was the Audit Manager of Aikins-Hawkson & Associates and Audit Senior at DM Tutu & Co.

Emmanuel has a wealth of experience in Accountancy, Auditing (internal and external), Taxation, Insolvency, Corporate Finance, Research, Training, Management and Development Consulting.

With his commercial experience and advisory skills, he has assisted clients in exploring business opportunities.  Emmanuel is also closely involved with helping clients in creating and implementing survival strategies as well as advising them of pitfalls associated with medium-sized companies. He has undertaken various project audit assignments with USAid, GIMPA-DANIDA AD, MeTA Ghana and CSEF in Ghana. He also offered tax planning advice to clients to minimize their potential tax liabilities. Emmanuel has much experience and exposure in accounting software packages such as Tally ERP9, Sage, and Quick Books

Emmanuel is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) programme.
